Further to the our announcement dated 10 December 2012, Media Prima Berhad (“MPB) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gama Media International (BVI) Ltd (“Gama Media”), which commenced its Members’ Voluntary Liquidation on 30 November 2012, has on 20 December 2012, received confirmation from the Registrar of Corporate Affairs, British Virgin Island that Gama Media was dissolved on 14 December 2012. The dissolution of Gama Media will not have a material effect on the earnings and net assets of the MPB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MPB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution. This announcement is dated 20 December 2012.
