Under the SCR, all the shareholders of PSPRING other than the Non-Entitled Shareholders, whose names appear in PSPRING's record of depositors as at the close of business on 31 December 2012 ("Entitlement Date") shall be entitled to receive a capital repayment sum of RM1.90 in cash for each existing PSPRING Share held. The Non-Entitled Shareholders will waive their entitlements to the capital repayment pursuant to the SCR. The capital repayment shall be made within ten (10) days from the Entitlement Date. An application to de-list and withdraw the listing status of PSPRING from the official list of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be made to Bursa Securities after the completion of the SCR.
