We refer to our earlier announcement dated 10 April 2012 in relation to :- i) ATSB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, dispose of the remaining lease interest in land held under H.S. (D) 19350 PTB 10710 located at Stulang Laut, Johor Bahru, to PISB for a total cash consideration of RM32,010,000 (“ATSB Disposal”); and ii) Darul Metro Sdn Bhd (“DMSB Disposal”) and Kelana Megah Sdn Bhd (“KMSB Disposal”), the wholly owned subsidiaries of Duty Free International Limited (“DFIL”) which in turn a 81.17% owned subsidiary of AHB, to dispose of the remaining lease interest and/or equity interest in several other parcels of land with buildings erected thereon located in Stulang Laut, Johor Bahru to PISB. The Board of Directors of AHB is pleased to announce that the conditions precedent as stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement in respect of the ATSB Disposal has been fulfilled on 18 December 2012. Accordingly, the completion of ATSB Disposal will take place on the date falling no later than 3 months after 18 December 2012.
