Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 8 September 2011, 9 September 2011, 22 September 2011, 10 October 2011,14 October 2011, 4 November 2011, 21 November 2011, 29 November 2011, 14 December 2011, 23 December 2011, 26 January 2012, 16 February 2012, 5 March 2012, 28 March 2012, 17 April 2012, 27 April 2012, 30 April 2012, 8 May 2012, 15 May 2012, 23 May 2012, 25 May 2012, 29 May 2012, 14 June 2012, 22 June 2012, 28 June 2012, 12 July 2012, 14 August 2012, 17 August 2012 and 7 September 2012 in relation to the Suit. The Company would like to update the Exchange that in view of the fact that the Federal Court had on 23 October 2012 granted leave to SYABAS to appeal to the Federal Court against the decision dated 8 October 2012 of the Court of Appeal (which allowed the defendant’s appeal against the decision of the Kuala Lumpur High Court on 29 May 2012 granting leave to SYABAS to amend its claim), the Kuala Lumpur High Court had adjourned the trial�fixed for 30 October 2012, 31 October 2012 and 1 November 2012 pending the outcome of SYABAS' appeal to the Federal Court. The Kuala Lumpur High Court had fixed new trial dates on 11 January 2013, 13 February 2013, 14 February 2013 and 15 February 2013 and�also fixed case management on 17 December 2012 for the parties to inform the Kuala Lumpur High Court�on the outcome of SYABAS' appeal to the Federal Court.
