(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the explanatory statement to the shareholders of Glenealy in relation to the Proposed Glenealy Privatisation dated 17 August 2012)

We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Glenealy Privatisation.

On behalf of the Company, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya (“Court”) had on 8 October 2012, granted an order for the sanction of the Glenealy Scheme under Section 176 of the Act.

The extraction of the Court order and announcement of books closing date for the Glenealy Scheme will be made in due course.

The Glenealy Scheme will become effective upon the lodgement of the office copy of the sealed order with the Registrar of Companies Malaysia.

This announcement is dated 8 October 2012.
