1. INTRODUCTION Ingress Corporation Berhad (“Ingress”) is pleased to announce that we had recently received Letters of Intent (“LOI”) with an aggregate total value of RM51.6 million over a period of five (5) years in respect of the following: a) From Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd (“Proton”) for the supply of heatshield muffler for a new model through our wholly-owned subsidiary Ingress Engineering Sdn Bhd (IESB”) (“IESB Project”); b) From PT. Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk (“Asahimas”) for the supply of brackets for a new model through our subsidiary in Indonesia, PT. Ingress Malindo Ventures (“PTIMV”) (“PTIMV Project”); and c) From Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Honda”) for the supply of inner sash for a new model through our subsidiary in Thailand, Ingress Autoventures Co., Ltd. (“IAV”) (“IAV Project”). The above will hereinafter collectively be referred to as "the Projects". 2. SUMMARY OF THE PROJECTS a) Commencement of supply for the IESB Project is expected to be towards the end of first quarter of financial year ending 31 January 2014 with project duration of five (5) years. The project is forecasted to generate total revenue for Ingress of RM3.16 million whilst the total investment is expected to cost RM0.25 million. b) Commencement of supply for the PTIMV Project is expected to be within the fourth quarter of financial year ending 31 January 2014 with project duration of five (5) years. The project is estimated to generate total revenue for Ingress of approximately RM3.70 million whilst the total investment is expected to cost approximately RM0.35 million. c) Commencement of supply for the IAV Project is expected to be within the fourth quarter of financial year ending 31 January 2014 with project duration of five (5) years. The project is forecasted to generate total revenue for Ingress of THB447.93 million or approximately RM44.75 million whilst the total investment is expected to cost THB45.37 million or RM4.57 million. 3. DIRECTORS' AND SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders' of Ingress or persons connected to them has any interests, direct or indirect, in the Projects. 4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE PROJECTS The Projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Ingress Group. 5.
