(All abbreviations contained herein are as defined in the Company’s announcements dated 7 September 2011 and 5 March 2012 unless redefined)� We refer to the announcements dated 7 September 2011 and 5 March 2012 wherein it was announced that Systech and Murali Nair had entered into the MOU for the Proposed Acquisition. The Board of Directors of Systech wishes to announce that Systech and Murali Nair had on 3 September 2012 agreed to the following (via an exchange of letter):-� (i)��� extension of the time period for the Company to enter into the sale and purchase agreement for the Proposed Acquisition on or before the expiry of six (6) months from 3�September 2012; and (ii)�� shall not within a period of six (6) months from the 3�September 2012 enter into any discussions or negotiations in any manner whatsoever with� any other third party towards the disposal or transfer of the Postlink Shares or in respect of the direct or indirect listing of Postlink nor enter into any discussions or negotiations or give access or information to any third party with a view to such discussions or negotiations.�� Save for the above, there are no changes to the terms and conditions of the MOU.� This announcement is dated 3 September 2012. | |
