Reference is made to the First Announcement made by the Company on 28 April 2010 and the monthly announcements made on 4 May 2010, 1 June 2010, 1 July 2010, 3 August 2010, 1 September 2010, 1 October 2010, 1 November 2010, 1 December 2010, 3 January 2011, 2 February 2011, 1 March 2011, 1 April 2011, 20 April 2011, 21 April 2011, 27 April 2011, 3 May 2011, 5 May 2011, 19 May 2011, 1 June 2011, 1 July 2011, 28 July 2011, 1 August 2011, 12 August 2011, 26 August 2011, 2 September 2011, 3 October 2011, 1 November 2011, 1 December 2011, 3 January 2012, 11 January 2012, 2 February 2012, 1 March 2012, 2 April 2012, 2 May 2012, 1 June 2012, 2 July 2012, 31 July 2012, 1 August 2012, 2 August 2012 and 8 August 2012 respectively in compliance with Rule 4.1(b) of Guidance Note 3 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the ACE Market. The Board of Directors of IE wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had via its letter dated 1 August 2012 notified the Company that Bursa Securities noted IE had on 31 July 2012 announced that the Company’s proposed regularisation plan is terminated. In the circumstances and pursuant to Rule 8.04(5) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ACE Market Listing Requirements:- (a)��� the trading in the securities of the Company will be suspended on 9 August 2012; and (b)�� the securities of the Company will be de-listed on 13 August 2012 unless an appeal is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 8 August 2012 ("the Appeal Timeframe"). Any appeal submitted after the Appeal Timeframe will not be considered by Bursa Securities. In the event the Company submits an appeal to Bursa Securities within the Appeal Timeframe, the removal of the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 13 August 2012 shall be deferred pending the decision on the Company’s appeal. The Company had on 8 August 2012 submitted the appeal to Bursa Securities, seeking Bursa Securities’ consent not to de-list the Company’s securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities and to allow the Company to submit a new restructuring scheme (“Appeal”). Consequently, the removal of IE’s securities from the official list of Bursa Securities on 13 August 2012 will be deferred pending the decision of the Appeal.�� Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Securities in due course.
