The SPA shall, with effect from the date of the Supplemental Letter, be read and construed as one document and the Supplemental Letter shall be considered to be part of the SPA.
The Supplemental Letter will be made available for inspection at the registered office of Sumatec during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
