Contents: The Company wishes to highlight that it has declared a tax exempt interim dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each for its quarter ended 30 June 2010 which is equivalent to a tax exempt dividend of 1.4 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each as per the Company's announcement on Entitlements (Notice of Book Closure) on 19 August 2010, based on the enlarged capital of the Company upon the completion of the following corporate exercise:
