1. Default in payments of interest and principal in respect of the Redeemable Convertible Secured Loan Stocks ("RCLS") owing to Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad ("Danaharta")
We wish to inform that further to our announcement on 24 February 2010, the sale for the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Menang Development (M) Sdn Bhd (a 100% subsidiary of Menang Corporation (M) Berhad) and Tilam Sutera (M) Sdn Bhd (the Purchaser) on 28 December 2009, which is due to complete on 25 July 2010, had been terminated as the Purchaser failed to make the balance purchase price on the scheduled date.
We are now looking for new buyers to dispose of the pledged securities the valuation of which are in excess of the indebtedness so that we can fully settle the account with Danaharta.
2. Default in payments of interest and principal sums in respect of the Term Loan Facility from Malayan Banking Berhad ("Maybank").
We wish to inform that there has been no change to the status since the last announcement.
