In November 2003, IRIS Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. (302552-H) (hereinafter referred to as "IRIS Tech") a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company was involved in a corporate fund raising exercise which involved the issuance of BaIDS amounting to RM 60 million and Notes amounting to RM 40 million.
The Board of Directors of ICB is now, pleased to announce that IRIS Tech had fully redeemed and cancelled the entire BaIDS amounting to RM 60 million and the Notes amounting to RM 40 million effective on 23rd August 2010 prior to their maturity date which was supposed to be on 29 October 2010 and 29 April 2011 respectively.
