Contents: We refer to TA Enterprise Berhad's announcement dated 26 May 2009, TA Enterprise Berhad's reply dated 28 May 2009 to Bursa Malaysia Berhad's query letter and TA Enterprise Berhad's announcements dated 3 July 2009, 7 August 2009 and 17 November 2009 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition by TA First Credit Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TA Properties Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TAG.
 
 TAG was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 23 November 2009 but remained as a subsidiary of TA Enterprise Berhad.
 
 The Board of Directors of TAG hereby wishes to announce that TA First Credit Sdn Bhd has agreed to the request of the vendor, Europlus Corporation Sdn Bhd for an extension of time to on or before 31 December 2010, for the delivery of the following documents to the solicitors of TA First Credit Sdn Bhd : -
 
 1. the Original Issue Document of Title to the Property ;
 2. the valid and registrable Discharge of Charge duly executed by the Chargee together with the relevant Duplicate Charge, the requisite registration fees and a copy of the Vesting Order/Change of Name of the Chargee (whichever is applicable) ; and
 3. the Withdrawal of the Private Caveat duly executed by the Caveator.
 
 Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 26 May 2009 remain unchanged.
