 - Acceptance of additional credit facilities of RM60 million by a wholly-owned subsidiary

Contents: PacificMas wishes to announce that on 31 May 2010, Pac Lease Sdn Bhd ("Pac Lease"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PacificMas, accepted an additional credit facilities of RM60 million from OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad ("OCBC Bank") for its working capital requirement. 
 
 The total amount of credit facilities (including the above additional credit facilities of RM60 million) granted by OCBC Bank to Pac Lease is RM157 million.
 
 The credit facilities totalling RM157 million are secured by a fresh corporate guarantee of RM157 million by PacificMas and the new corporate guarantee supersedes all the corporate guarantees totalling RM103 million previously executed by PacificMas in favour of OCBC Bank for the credit facilities granted by OCBC Bank to Pac Lease.
 
 The principal business activities of Pac Lease are hire purchase, leasing, factoring and other financing services as well as distribution/marketing of financial products and services. 
 
 Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited is the ultimate holding company of PacificMas Group and OCBC Bank.
